Loads of excellent tools and information are available to our Members on the SMMS Members-only Web site, the "XtraNet" at https://Members.smms.com. In the initial launch in January 2000, we provided our Members with great information. But have you seen the site lately? If you haven’t, you are missing a valuable, greatly enhanced Web site. There is no charge to you for use of this site and it is available on a 24x7 basis.

This is our latest tool that allows our Members to customize the information distribution process. We know how busy our members are and we want you, your employees and affiliates to receive the correspondence relevant to your business segment.

Promote your course schedule through our public web site.

This service is designed to refer consumers who sign up for a course through the SMMS Public Web Site (www.smms.com) to a seminar conducted by you! The system displays seminars in our database from your direct mail orders and any seminars that you add through the web services section of the XtraNet. Leads are distributed via e-mail, so please click here to edit your profile and include your current e-mail address. This allows us to forward leads from the Internet to you!

To add courses to the Course Locator that will be displayed on our public Web site, follow this navigation sequence on the vertical navigation bar from the home page:

Order seminar supplies 24x7 with your credit card or on account.

This is our new e.Order site; no need to wade through pages of unwanted information. Enter your User ID and Password and you will be presented with products relevant to the seminars you license! (This User ID and Password is separate from the User ID and Password used to log-in to the XtraNet.) To receive your e.Order User ID and Password, please send a fax on your letterhead to Brian Field at (503) 403-3303 with your name, member ID number, and a short note stating that you would like to access the e.Order site. And be sure to sign the request. We will set you up in a hurry!

Determine direct mail costs using the on-line quote calculator.

Create a quote on-line for your next brochure order. The Quote Calculator creates a price quote that is honored for 14 days after the quote is entered.
